We rely on the towns we serve and the folks we protect for operating funds. These funds go towards our fire house, fire trucks and proper gear for our firefighters. In addition to those contributions, we have our own fund raising efforts.

The Henley style shirt differs from the T-Shirt. The Henley has the design of your choice on the back with the cross design on the front left chest. The Henley also has the 3 button front.

The designs for these shirts were done by Chicago area artist Bart Powers. Bart Powers is an "Outsider" / Surrealist Artist whose subjects range from Jazz scenes to Urban-Industrial transportation images. See his website www.BartPowers.com for more info.

Bart's childhood was punctuated by fond memories of a family member retelling accounts of being a Chicago fireman. These memories and an appreciation for the beauty of classic and current fire engines lead to the creation of these designs.

The subjects for these designs are the actual trucks used by our fire department in the past. The antique is a 1933 Studebaker and the classic is a 1968 Dodge Power Wagon. Working from vintage photos, Bart created his designs in his own style. Click the image to see a larger version.
